Regenerative, Non Surgical, Non Opioid Pain Management Clinic
Atlas Health Medical Group prides itself on its comprehensive integrative medical approach to pain management. This approach allows us to deliver effective results without the use of opioids or surgery. The foundations of this type of care are Regenerative Injections (Stem Cells Exosomes, Platelet Rich Plasma, Prolotherapy), the Anti-Inflammatory Diet, preventative exercise, and personalized supplements.
Regenerative Injection Therapy provides SOLUTIONS for:
Regenerative Injection Therapy
The future is here with Stem Cell Exosome therapy. The field of Regenerative Medicine has emerged quickly, especially in Pain Management as new research continues to rapidly advance. Clinical trials have repeatedly demonstrated the healing, regenerative properties and therapeutic potential of Stem Cells and their secreted exosomes. The process works by injecting Stem Cell exosomes mixed with growth factors from platelet rich plasma into the site of pain or injury.
Regenerative Injection Therapy
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a relatively new treatment for pain management and continues to be supported by new clinical research in orthopedic and sports medicine. The treatment involves taking a sample of the patients own blood and then extracting the platelets from the other components of the blood. Once the platelets are extracted and concentrated, they then can be injected back into the patient at their site of injury or pain.
Regenerative Injection Therapy
Proliferative Therapy or more commonly called Prolotherapy was the original regenerative injection therapy. The treatment involves injecting an irritant (Dextrose) into the joint, ligament, or tendon in order to re-stimulate the bodies natural inflammatory and healing mechanisms. This provides non-surgical joint reconstruction, connective tissue strengthening and increased functionality to the area being treated.

Myofascial Trigger Points are a localized hyperirritable and painful spots located in bands of skeletal muscles. They often have associated referral patterns that can cause additional signs and symptoms. They are commonly referred to as “muscle knots” and can develop after acute or chronic micro-trauma to the skeletal muscle fibers. Trigger Points are easily identified by a jump sign, strong pain on palpation of the area, or through ultrasound imaging. Treatment provides immediate relief of pain and alleviates accompanying symptoms.

This diet is based off the Mediterranean Diet with an extra emphasis on incorporating foods that decrease inflammation in the body. Inflammation does not always cause pain but can often exacerbate pain symptoms especially in chronic pain cases. This diet lays out a solid foundation in pain prevention as well as overall health.
Breakdown of The Anti-Inflammatory Diet:
Proper supplementation can be the turning point in pain relief.
Supplements prescribed for each individual case and condition that work on the mechanism causing the pain help shut down pain throughout the day.
Supplementation can also be of benefit in degenerative conditions by providing the right nutrients, co-factors, vitamins and minerals to slow progression down or begin the regenerative process.
Exercises help strengthen the entire body, reduce inflammation, increase functionality of daily activities, and prevent against injuries and chronic degeneration.
