Food is information for your body. Everything we consume our bodies react to in ways that benefit our health and conditions we have or act as a detriment to our health and a barrier to optimal physiology. The recipes that I have compiled all focus on incorporating nutrient dense vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and protein sources. I do not believe that one particular diet is of benefit to everyone and that a personalized diet that fits a patients lifestyle and nutrient needs offers the best outcomes and success. With that being said, I do like some diets more than others. Some of my favorites include the Mediterranean diet, the Paleo diet, Pescetarian diet, the Pegan diet, and the Anti-Inflammatory diet.
